PTA – Friends

Friends is a registered charity, dedicated to organising events and raising funds to support our school. We have a core group of volunteers who liaise with parents and external organisations to make school events a community affair.

Our events include the Christmas Fair, Secrets Room and POPFEST to name a few. We also provide support for coffee afternoons and Sports Days.

We regularly provide newsletters to keep our families informed. Look out for them in your emails.

Scarecrow competition – Web Adventure Park

Many thanks to all the children who decorated a mermaid scale to add to our mermaid scarecrow. We came a close second in the scarecrow competition at the Web Adventure Park – however, the staff were so pleased with our entry that they have given us the ‘staff vote’ and are offering the school  a free after school session at the Web Adventure Park.

The project was lead  by Beth Laws (Reception parent) and she and a small team of volunteers did a great job in pulling together the whole scarecrow. News of the free entry date coming soon.
